The director and co-founder of 4.5 Productions, LLC. A boutique trend and concept agency working with luxury brands in fashion, beauty and design. Rita has worked on client projects for Hermes, Cartier, Ralph Lauren, Victoria’s Secret, Eve Lom, Lipstick Queen, Bastide, Swarvoski, L’Oreal, and The One Hotel among others. She also consults with Mark Seliger Studio and agencies including Baron & Baron, CreativeFeed, DMA United, Creamande, Promostyl and The WGSN Group.
Rita has worked on diverse projects across all sectors of design and brand development from creating seasonal concepts, inspiring collection direction, identifying new consumer groups and conceiving brand strategies. She’s an advocate of sustainability in the fashion industry and promotes sustainable efforts within the industry. She also contributes reports on luxury and sustainability for forecasting agencies Promostyl and WGSN.
She was previously the U.S. Managing Director of Promostyl Trend Office, the prestigious international trend and design agency based in Paris. She spent over ten years at Promostyl analyzing and reporting on global trends with a focus on women’s, men’s, beauty and lingerie markets. She also worked on special contracts for Fortune 500 companies specializing in technology, beauty and apparel.
Rita has a BA in Art History. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.
